The shoe delivery time will be 3 to 5 weeks, as these are going to be handmade shoes.

Ordinary Shipping:
We don’t charge any nominal price for ordinary shipping from our customers of any price range of products they buy. For all the products of ordinary shipping category, it takes 6-8 working days to deliver the product at the customer requested location. If there is any further delay in the delivery of the product understand that due to local holidays at the courier service provider or customer desired location and if the courier services are not available at the desired customer location this might create in a delay of an extra day.
Express Shipping:
We do charge a nominal price for express shipping from our customers of any price range of products they buy. For all the products of express shipping category, it takes 2-3 working days to deliver the product at the customer requested location.

How to Care for and Clean Suede Shoes Or Jacket.
1. Start by using a suede brush to remove any excess dried dirt and grit from the surface of the shoe
2. Next, use a rubber/eraser to try and shift the remaining marks
3. If a stain still doesn't budge, try white vinegar
4. If a stain is from oil or grease, try baking powder
5. Finish with a suede protector

We provide the best quality products to our customers. If a damaged product is delivered you have 3 days to initiate a return here. We only accept the unworn product with original shoe box contents and packaging. If the product found to be unused and find appropriate after inspection we initiate a refund or replace order within 8-10 business days of receiving. Return shipping charge 500 will be deducted from the amount refunded. If you would like to exchange a shoe, please follow the same return process here and use the voucher code provided to place a new order on our website.

If you would like to exchange your shoe for another size or style, please email (shoes@sacuir.in) or call us (+91 7395-814514) and we'll check to see if the item is available and put it on hold for you while we wait for your return item to arrive.
The shoes will be arranged for pick up from our side.
